One would think, with as many of these custom specialty vehicles
we manufacture, we would get more aloof, more detached, from the process.
The work of designing, coordinating, welding, molding, connecting, and making a unit that can not only save lives, but contribute to a better health care process itself might seem to be overwhelming.
Maybe one might find the process exhausting and somewhat mundane. For Aleph Group, Inc., those sentiments couldn’t be farther from the truth.
Our clients are very important to us.
To begin with, AGI takes our obligation to our clients very seriously. The internalization of our clients’ objectives and dreams is only echoed by our mission directly, creating a positive impact on our community and around the world.
To undertake the passionate pursuit of designs that meet or exceed our client’s expectations puts us in their place, giving us a deep perspective of what that means.
Aleph Group understands.
So, in a more direct answer to the question, Aleph Group Inc. passes through the same phases of emotional state when we build a unit as we do with any other relationship with individuals.
Steps for Success
Interest: The initial steps of communication, whether it is in the form of an external inquiry or an outreach on our part, is partially the sheer inquisitive nature of people, and partially an investment of energy
As we specialize in the customized creation of these vehicles, we sincerely want to understand how the client will use the unit. Do they need onboard water supplies, to support dental clinic operation? Refrigeration for medical supplies? Extra cabinetry for additional supplies?
This questioning phase is how any relationship begins. You have to know the project, the person, before you can even pursue the next steps.
Interaction: Once it has been determined that there might be a developing meeting of the minds, it is up to each party to do their best to connect with the other. Emails, phone calls, site visits and the like are all key to this process, and as client and company engage, the formation of a partnership of sorts begins. There are concessions asked and given, requests proffered and answered, and ultimately the work is undertaken
Investment: While this might seem to be only one-sided, the process of building a relationship, or building a unit depends on a developing trust. On the one side, moneys might be the primary resource, but on the other, AGI endeavors to bring together the best tools, best materials, and the best workers possible to make the custom designed unit a reality.
The client requires the completed unit to meet the expectations, and Aleph Group, Inc. desires the developing relationship to bear fruit in many ways. The symbiosis comes to fruition when the vehicle is completed and the client arranges to take ownership.
Pressures: In any work environment, there can be challenges that put the project to the test. Products are delayed. Covid outbreaks delay workers. Shipments miss deadlines. Even financial pressures can come to bear.
In individuals, these pressures test the friendships. With companies and clients, it is the same, and it is through these tests that a solid relationship forms, and both sides flourish.

Preparation: As the project nears completion, both AGI and its clients see the completion approaching, and begin to take steps to accomplish the transition.
Final paperwork needs completion, the unit requires inspections and license and the like, and the client works out their own side of the process.
Pride: Completion of the handover of a new unit is a catharsis of sorts. Aleph Group, Inc. fairly glows with the accomplishment, putting another Custom Mobile Medical Clinic, Mobile Dental Clinic, or other Custom Specialty Unit into service, improving access and assisting the client in achieving their goals along the way.
The Client, able to begin their own journey, has afforded AGI the means to assist in that endeavor.
In retrospect, the process of building a Specialty Medical Unit is more than a parallel, it is the epitome of the way relationships develop. And at Aleph Group Inc, the two are one an the same. We build relationships as solid and dependable as the vehicles we build.
That, in essence, is what it feels like to Launch not only a unit, but a lasting connection with our clients.
Aleph Group Inc. builds Custom Specialty Vehicles for medical, dental, and humanitarian agencies.
